Prepare the venue and the schedule together.
Send us your venue, event date, attendance estimate, programme and technical brief. We clarify delivery and setup windows, rehearsals, staffing, internet requirements and dismantling with the parties involved.
Access requirements and local arrangements are coordinated with the venue and the responsible organisers as part of project planning.
